01I've never built a website before — how easy is this, really?

Very easy. Sign up, pick a store name, upload your first product photo, set a price, and your store is live at yourname.vezstora.com. The whole process takes about 10 minutes. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Vezstora — no tech skills needed.

02Do my customers need to download an app or create an account?

No. Customers click your link, browse products, and pay — all from their phone browser with no app or sign-up. Checkout takes under a minute: name, email, and pay by card, bank transfer, or USSD.

03How will I know when someone places an order?

The moment a customer checks out, it appears in your dashboard instantly with full details — their name, items ordered, and amount paid. Filter by status, mark orders fulfilled, and track everything from your phone or laptop.

04Can customers pay by bank transfer or USSD — not just cards?

Yes. Paystack supports debit/credit cards, instant bank transfer, USSD (*737#, *901#, etc.), and Visa QR. Most Nigerian customers prefer bank transfer — your store accepts all methods automatically with no extra setup.

05What are the fees? Am I charged monthly even if I don't sell?

The Starter plan is completely free with no monthly fee — you only pay a 2% platform fee when you make a sale. Growth (1% fee) and Business (0.5% fee) have small monthly subscriptions for higher-volume merchants. Paystack's standard processing fees also apply.

06Can I pause a product without deleting it?

Yes. Every product has a live/off toggle. Flick it off and the product vanishes from your storefront immediately — customers can't see or buy it. Flick it back on when you restock. Photos, descriptions, and pricing are saved exactly as you left them.

07What happens to my store if I stay on the free plan forever?

Nothing bad. Your Starter store stays live indefinitely with up to 10 active products at no cost. We never delete your products or order history. You only upgrade when you need more products, lower fees, or a custom domain — on your own timeline.

08Is my customers' payment data safe?

Completely. We never see or store any card details — all payments run entirely through Paystack, who are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant and regulated by the CBN. Your store data is encrypted at rest on Supabase and served over HTTPS at all times.
